Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition collaborations and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Case

  Place the unused case back in its original Wildflower box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
